A little fun fact: Our CEO @tfiroz was never the outgoing type. Growing up there were challenges in life, but he was always determined to create something larger than himself. Something that would scare him, but worth fighting hard for. Three years ago, Chef Firoz took a leap of faith by quitting his full-time job and started his company Chef's Satchel🔥. This brand would not only change the way chefs and artisans were viewed but also how they feel. He wanted to create a brand that would help creators all around the 🌏 feel confident in what they do. This is something that he didn’t have growing up and while working in restaurants of all over Canada. You can always find him locked up in his office spending hours on product development with the team and building meaningful relationships. His mantra never fails to leave - Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever 💪❤️✌️
Working as a professional chef in the kitchen for over 10 years, I noticed a great need in storing all my knives in one compact space for which I needed to create a solution for not only me but all the chefs in the industry.
